Rubaga South MP Katto Lubwama doesn't respect musician Kalifah Aganaga who declared intentions to run against him come 2021.
The comedian turned politician says Kalifah Aganaga is not a Parliament material, he should stick to music.
He claims Kalifah doesn't bathe yet Parliament is full of responsible people.
"Parliament is not a joke, Kalifah Aganaga should first learn how to bathe before contesting because the Parliament is packed with responsible people," he says.
Kalifah Aganaga is coming on the NUP ticket while Kato Lubwama on Democratic party ticket.
