People Power pressure group refused controversial singer Ronald Mayinja from picking nomination forms from their headquarters in Kyamwokya. This is a blow to his attempt to contest on the party's ticket as an MP for Gomba constituency.
On Thursday, Mayinja was told he had not been involved in the activities of the pressure group so they had to look into his request.
He was asked to show up again today morning before the commission takes its final decision.
For the last two years, Mayinja has been changing political parties like clothes.
In April this year, he was welcomed back to People Power but it seems they don't trust him.
