Balaam is the Mafia's spokesperson - Tamale Mirundi

Music promoter Balaam Barugahara is regarded by many as the Minister without Portfolio in President Museveni’s government.

This is because he is always in the middle of a number of society itching issues.

The latest of these is paying Bad Black on behalf of Ministry of Health. She accused the Ministry of using her advert without paying.

When asked about Balaam’s position, Tamale Mirundi simply refered to him as a spokesperson of the mafia group. 
“He is a spokesperson of the Mafia group. That group that steals everything,” Tamale said.

Tamale Mirundi however warned him that he might end up in jail or die in cold blood.
