Media critic Frank Gashumba has been going bare knuckles with different Media houses over paying peanuts to their workers.
Gashumba stressed that media owners have for long exploited journalists and offered them low payments which makes them rotate from one media house to another.
Frank Gashumba also branded NBS TV as a brief case TV station for failing to produce their own talent.
He said they are always poaching from NTV Uganda, they need to start training their own talent for them to survive in the industry.
"NBS TV has mastered the art of poaching from NTV Uganda and that is why I nolonger take them serious. They only top up 100K or 200k and they have fooled a number of them to leave NTV. These TV owners should improve the walfare of their workers" he said.
