On Wednesday, the President suspended all religious gatherings for the next 32 days in an attempt to prevent the spread of deadly Coronavirus in Uganda.
According to Pastor Bugingo, the call was unnecessary and uncalled for.
The Salt TV boss believes that the country and the world at large needs God’s intervention and therefore he should have declared 3 days of fasting.
The churches can now develop new digital tools for outreach and ministry including social Media, radios and TVs.
