Before he died in 2019 at Case Clinic Kampala, he was constructing apartments in Entebbe Municipality.
Mowzey Radio's project is still incomplete two years down the road.
According to the locals near the Apartments, the place is a bleeding ground for thieves and wrong doers.
A one Musisi, who claims to have worked at the site before Radio's death says it's where thieves camp before they distabilise the Community.
"It is now a den of thieves, they take weed from there and later they distabilise the community all night," he said.
He also alleges that Radio's family members and friends haven't tried to visit the site in a longtime.
The villagers have called upon the government, Radio's friends and family to complete the building. It might collapse anytime from now.
