Late Mowzey Radio’s close associates fail to show up in court

The late Mowzey Radio died at Case Clinic,  Kampala on 1st February 2018, after succumbing to injuries sustained in a bar brawl at De Bar in Entebbe.

The people involved in his death have never been brought to book.

A week ago, his case hearing resumed at Entebbe High Court but it adjourned to Tuesday 10th September.

On Tuesday, the case resumed yet again but what surprised many is that late Mowzey Radio’s close associates never showed up at the court premises. The Goodlyfe members and other musicians were no where near the court.

At the same court session, Egesa George, the proprietor of De Bar in Entebbe confirmed that he is the true owner of the venue before admitting that he had a misunderstanding with Radio on the fateful day.

He went ahead to testify that he had no idea of what had happened to Radio. He was informed minutes later after the incident and he instructed his closest people to rush the singer to hospital.

The hearing was later adjourned to 23rd September at Entebbe High Court.
