After a successful campaign that saw Miss Uganda Quiin Abenakyo crowned Miss World Africa, the beauty Peagant is back to find the next Queen.
The search for the next Miss Ugansa was announced during a press briefing held at the Sheraton Kampala Hotel Kampala.
While addressing the media, Brenda Nanyonjo, the Kezzi Entertainment director and Miss Uganda CEO, said that registration kicked off on Monday and they are looking for young and confident girls who have an excellent personality and character on top of usaul attributes like age and height.
Just like the previous edition, the contestants will be scouted from the different regions across the country. “We will hold regional searches, but because we don’t have ample time, we will be scouting for contestants in two regions on the same day.” Brenda Nanyonjo remarked.
The lucky candidates will then be heading to boot-camp on July 6th, before the ultimate winner is crowned on July 27 during a ceremony that will be hosted at the Sheraton Kampala Hotel.
Furthemore, socialite Zari Hassan will return as the Miss Uganda 2019 patron and one of the judge.
