Sheilah Gashumba and her boyfriend, Ali Lwanga alias God’s Plan are known around Kampala hangouts for living their life to the fullest.
Just days after she sued a city hangout, Laparonis, where she had been a loyal customer, the pencil sized TV star has said her boyfriend is the biggest spender in Uganda.
According to Sheilah, God’s Plan spends millions that they can’t account for.
“We spend 4 millions every time we go to Laparonis and they still don't respect us. So sad that other bars where we spend our money show ultimate respect. Money is not our problem here but we deserve respect and demand for respect. We have actually lost track of how much we spend because we spend alot. Marcus is the biggest spender in Uganda and that is why I insist that money is not the issue,” Sheila stated.
It should be noted that his source of income is not known. He is an international ex robber and convict.
