Socialite Jack Pemba is in hot soup after Festo Nsenga the ag.Registrar commercial division of High Court issued a warrant of arrest against him over a USD 300,000 Debt he owes City Businessman Godfrey Kirumira.
According to the warrant issued on April 20th, it is believed that Pemba is planning to leave the country without paying the monies.
Court has therefore directed Mutesasira Moses of T/A Mutesasira Associates & Court Bailiffs to arrest the socialite known for his great love for booze.
Pemba was summoned to appear before Court but never showed, neither did he give reason for his absence. According to the warrant, Pemba should be arrested and produced before Court by April 27th without fail, unless he pays the monies to Kirumira.
Recently, Pemba whose source of money is still a mystery paraded on social media a new mansion located in Munyonyo.
