High Court in Kampala has issued a criminal summons against Uganda’s dynamic duo Radio and Weasel and ordered them to file their defense within 15 days or face imprisonment.
The duo is in hot soup again after they failed to show up at Court several times over their criminal case of defamation allegations on child sacrifice by music promoter Jeff Kiwanuka.
The duo is expected to through file their defense through their lawyers Sempebwa and Co. Advocates immediately.
It’s only a few months when the Chief magistrate of Makindye issued arrest warrants for the two, but up to now, they have never been arrested as they dodge police going on foreign tours.
Radio and weasel are currently in Sweden on their music tour and have not yet issued any statement regarding the said issue.
