Ever heard of a jargon “he has scored himself an own goal”? Well, just know Irene Ntale just scored herself one and she is now nursing her biggest embarrassment in life of a superstar.
Well, yesterday…proud Otubatiisa singer, Irene Ntale got was hosted on KFM’s K-Drive show ‘Superstar Friday’ edition and was asked to mention her closest friend, whose number is even on her speed dial.
Confident Ntale was quick to mention fellow singer, Rema Namakula as her closest friend…. Little did she know what was waiting for her.
James Peterson, the host of the show asked Ntale to make call her while she put the phone on loud speaker so that all the listeners can listen to their conversation, something Ntale did not pause to do.
To her shock, Rema didn’t have her number saved and demanded to know who she was talking to.
“Hello! Who is this? How can i help you?” Rema replied.
Boooommmmmmmmmmmmmmmm…………….and Irene Ntale apparently dropped to comma!!
Irene Ntale immediately hang-up the phone in complete humiliation and DJ Slick Stuart saved her an explanation by stepping in with a massive music mix.
