The deceased’s mother Stella Anyango, says that Mumbejja was picked by her uncle Habib Musanja on orders of her father Bashir Walugembe claiming that they were going visit their sick grandmother Hajarah Zawedde.
On Tuesday however, Walugembe returned with the child’s dead body claiming that Mumbejja was attacked by evil spirits and died in the process.
