Singer Timaya took to IG on Sept 17, to share with his fans a photo of his bashed Bentley and captioned it
"Had an accident yesterday but I thank GOD nobody got hurt... blessssssss."
Reports making rounds in the media have it that Timaya was lying about the accident, and was never in the car to begin with. According to Olisa TV, a source claims Timaya's brother was the person driving the Bentley and that the music star was not in the car at all.
The source claims that Timaya's brother was over speeding and hit a parked Toyota SUV. Luckily he was unhurt but he had to be taken to hospital. Both cars were towed to the nearest police station
That said, Timaya has not come out to clear the air on the incident!
