Vile Ostar is young afro beat artist lyrically strong in both bongo and lugaflow aged 21 years born in Jinja district on 15/08/1998 by Mr.Mrs Oswan.
He's real names are Oswan Tabuley Richard and he is a lugwara.
He started doing music in 2008 after b eing influenced by top artists such as Jose Chameleon, Bobi Wine.
He started his music career in 2019 staging up on open mics and his colleagues in his home kamwokya which attracted the likes of Shanks vivie'd.
Later that year he recorded more 5 songs working with a famous record producer MATEX (Dream Studio)
He continues to record his music with an aim of inspiring young artist like him.
