Devoss was born in [[Lugazi]], a town in the central region of Uganda. . from a ugandan dad Mr.Twakuba Samuel and EGYPTIAN mom Mrs Lamula Abdat.who is now living in kampala uganda, he went to makerere university primary school, from there he went tost. margret college makerere, and later joined YMCA kampala uganda and studied videography and photography, he started his musical journey in in 2008 with a song called big hustler featuring abacus, he was already in a brass band called lugazi brass band which he joined in 2000, this band was owned by his grand father called mabingo musoke(RIP) who died in 2007, and left the band in the hands of moses devoss.
