Arthur Dime is a Reggae , Dance hall and Afrobeat music artist based in Uganda.his real names are Ogwal Arthur and stage names are Arthur Dime de luo messenger, he was born in 1987 january 26th in Lira district northern Uganda

Arthur dimes music caught up the air waves in Kampala radio stations like Dembe fm 90.4 fm, Magic 100fm ,Radio city, Hot 100 fm,Capital fm 91.3,beat fm, Voice of Lango fm 88.0, Unity fm 97.7, Radio lira95.3, Rupiny fm Gulu, Radio North fm lira, Ubc radio ,mega fm gulu., ....He began recording his music in 2009 at O.J PRODUCTIONS AFRICA STUDIOS IN KAMPALA CITY KIREKA TOWN....He has hit songs like Lero kika Bin Kan Tima Kica ,im in love with you,no money no life,obedo ka yin sweetheart,i need you,bin kan,party time ,Yom Yic,neighbor etc.... arthur dime has worked with a variety of diferent producers and made collabos with quite a number of East African artists.......His first time to appear in the news papers was in 2014 january 3rd with Nutty Neithan in the DAILY MORNITOR NEWS PAPER SQOOP ON SQOOP PAGE....He appeared again on RUPINY NEWS PAPER ON 13TH FEBRUARY 2016 ON PAGE ME GALOWANG it was a full page interview 4 him alone, he won
